Organization Profile:

• Identifying business potential areas & appointing new distributors/franchisee/dealer handling the assigned existing dealers’ network in respective territory to achieve specified target.
• Reviewing the performance of team members time to time. Sales calls to key customers/farmers in the specified territory, conducting promotional events on the regular basis for Sales promotion & Brand building.
• Ensuring the routine service and technical issues of the specified dealers and customers. Implement the policy recommended by the company & to achieve over specific targets/reports set by managements.
• Lead the marketing functions OPE products, managing expenses, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting corporate goals (e.g. revenue growth, profitability, market penetration).
• Create and maintain an organizational culture which encourages innovation, collaboration, excitement/commitment and a sense of urgency toward goals, and continuous improvement.
