Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society achievements in the Social Sectors are unparalleled. Educational advancement these achievements in the social sector of All over India. technical education,  it has become essential to establish Industrial Training Institute in the area of almost 3.5 acres approved land with having additional facilities of Hostels, Cafeteria and Staff quarters. To provide technical education to young generation at their door step and make them technically literate to brighten their future.
 
The organization is implementing various welfare programmes in All Over India. The Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society promotes sustainable and equitable social development. Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society has been actively engaged in dealing with social issues such as primary education, community health, poverty-alleviation, environment protection and rural employment. Its main concern is to empower the marginalized social group and enable them become self-reliant. Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society also undertakes development project for people living in the backward areas. Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society  has established in 2011  to promote Art and  Cultural specially amongst Youth  in Country and serve as a resource center on social and development  issues, provide training to young artist various art forms, create social awareness and help people organize women in particular against their social economic and  political exploitation, public research/survey reports, books, monographs and pamphlets for wider dissemination and as a background material for seminar and workshops, conduct in depth surveys and research to study and analyze various socio-economic problems.
 
Benefit of Industrial Training Institute
 
Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society Industrial Training Centre certainly would not be a profit making centre. Fees are designed just to take of staff salary and other expense. It focuses on mainly providing technical education to students of rural areas. Since, ITI place is being connected through Link Roads, students of other areas also be benefited.  Youngsters of surrounded villages will not only be benefited by getting technical education. But, since Agriculture Research & Rural Development Society is providing Hostel facilities also, students from long distance villages/towns/city would also be benefited.
